These are the easiest bagels to make. Super tasty and you can double the recipe if you need more than 4.

Greek Yogurt Bagels
1 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
1 Cup All Purpose Flour
2 Tsp. Baking Powder
1/4 Tsp. Salt
1 Egg, whisked with 1 tbsp. water
Everything but the bagel seasoning
Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a large bowl add in the yogurt, flour, baking powder, salt, and mix until well combined.
Lightly flour a clean surface and pour dough. Knead until it forms a ball. Cut into 4 even pieces.
Form into bagels. Place onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
Brush egg wash over each bagel and top with everything but the bagel seasoning.
Bake for 25- 30 minutes or until golden brown. Internal temperature should be anywhere from 175-200 degrees Fahrenheit.
Remove from the oven and allow to rest for 15 minutes. Then cut in half and eat with cream cheese or make breakfast bagel sandwiches.
