Greek Pork Chops

Easy and flavorful these pork chops come together in under an hour. Serve with rice and a side salad for an easy meal.

Greek Pork Chops
3 lbs. Pork Chops
1/4 Cup Dry White Wine
1 Lemon, zested and juiced
1/4 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Tbsp. Dried Oregano
2 Tsp. Dried Basil
1 Tbsp. Paprika 
6 Cloves of Garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. Kosher Salt
1 Tsp. Freshly Ground Black Pepper

In a resealable bag, add in the pork chops, wine, lemon zest, lemon juice, olive oil, oregano, basil, paprika, garlic, salt, and freshly ground black pepper. Toss until well combined. Marinate for a minimum of 30 minutes overnight works best.

Preheat your grill or grill pan

Skewer your pork. Allow the skewers to rest on the counter top 30 minutes prior to grilling.

Grill for 5 minutes turn and grill for an additional 5 minutes. Or until fully cooked through.
