This recipe make 6 bagels. If you need more, double the recipe and you will have an amazing spread for a holiday breakfast or brunch.

Cinnamon Crunch Bagels
1 1/2 Cups All Purpose Flour
1 1/2 Cups Greek Yogurt
1 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
1 Tbsp. Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp. Kosher Salt
Topping
1 Tbsp. Butter, softened
1 Tbsp. Butter, softened
2 Tsp. Cinnamon
1 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a small bowl combine the softened butter, cinnamon, brown sugar, mix and set aside.
In a large bowl add in the yogurt, flour, baking powder, salt, and mix until well combined.
Lightly flour a clean surface and pour dough. Knead until it forms a ball. Cut into 6 even pieces.
Form into bagels. Place onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
Divide the topping mixture over each bagel.
Bake for 25- 30 minutes or until golden brown. Internal temperature should be anywhere from 175-200 degrees Fahrenheit.
Let cool for 10-15 minutes then serve and enjoy.
