Butterscotch Oat Cookies

Butterscotch Oat Cookies
1/2 Cup Oats
1/2 Cup Granulated Sugar
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1 1/2 Cup All Purpose Flour
1 Tsp. Baking Soda
1 Tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp. Kosher Salt
1/4 Cup Milk
1/2 Cup Butter, melted 
11 Oz. Butterscotch Chips

Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl add in the oats, granulated sugar, brown sugar, flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, milk, butter. Mix until just combined. Stir in the butterscotch chips. 

Using a cookie scoop, scoop out your dough onto your prepared baking sheet. Placing them two inches apart.

Bake for 12 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly. 

Serve and enjoy.
