Maple Garlic Chicken

This is a great meal to have for a small Friendsgiving or thanksgiving meal. This easily feeds 4-6 people. Double it if you have a larger crowd.

Let's get started.

Maple Garlic Chicken
6 Chicken Thighs
1/3 Cup Pure Maple Syrup
2 Tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar
2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
2 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
5-6 Cloves of Garlic, minced
Freshly ground Black Pepper

In a large resealable container or resealable bag, add in the maple syrup, apple cider vinegar, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, vegetable oil, garlic, pepper. Add in the chicken. Making sure it is well coated. Place into the refrigerator and allow to marinade for a minimum of 4 hours; overnight is best.

Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. 

Pre-heat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Place chicken onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 45-60 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit. Making sure to glaze for the last 15 minutes of cooking. 

Remove from the oven and allow to rest for 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy




Sweet Potatoes
4 Sweet Potatoes
3 Tbsp. Butter
1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
Kosher Salt
Freshly Ground Black Pepper

Peel and cut your sweet potatoes into 1 inch pieces and boil until tender. Drain and place onto a baking sheet toss with oil, butter, salt, pepper, and allow to roast for 30 minutes.

Remove from the oven and serve.

Brussel Sprouts
2 Lbs. Brussel Sprouts, halved
Kosher Salt
Freshly Ground Black Pepper
Vegetable Oil
Parmesan Cheese, freshly grated

Place brussels sprouts on a baking sheet. Top with oil, salt, pepper, parmesan cheese and toss until combined.

Allow to roast in a 400 degree Fahrenheit oven for 30 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
