Pumpkin Spice Donuts

Nothing kicks off fall season like pumpkin spice. Make these and enjoy.

Pumpkin Spice Donuts
2 Cups All Purpose Flour
1 1/2 Tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp. Baking Soda
1/2 Tsp. Kosher Salt
2 Tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice
1 Cup Pure Pumpkin Puree
1/2 Cup Granulated Sugar
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar, packed
2 Eggs
1/4 Cup Unsalted Butter, browned
1/4 Cup Milk
1 Tsp. Vanilla Extract

Sugar Coating
1/2 Cup Granulated Sugar
1 1/2 Tsp. Cinnamon
1/4 Cup Unsalted Butter, melted

Preheat your oven to 350 degree Fahrenheit. Grease a donut pan with nonstick spray.

In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, pumpkin pie spice.

In a separate bowl, add in the pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, browned butter, milk, vanilla extract, and mix until smooth.

Add wet ingredient into the dry ingredients and mix until combined.

Spoon batter into the prepared donut pan, fill 3/4ths of the way up. Don't fill to the top as they will rise.

Bake for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into a donut comes out clean.

Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly.

In a bowl combine the granulated sugar and cinnamon. Dunk each donut in the melted butter then toss in the cinnamon sugar.

Serve and enjoy.

Note: If you don't have a donut pan you can totally make these in a mini muffin pan and have "donut holes" :)
