Traditional BBQ ribs usually take hours to make. These don't take as long. Since we are grilling them as individual Riblets. Marinate the night before for maximum flavor.
Let's get started.
Grilled Riblets
2 Baby Back Ribs, cut into individual riblets
1 Tbsp. Kosher Salt
1 Tbsp. Freshly Ground Black Pepper
1 Tbsp. Garlic Powder
1 Tbsp. Onion Powder
2 Tsp. Rosemary, finely chopped
2 Tsp. Thyme, finely chopped
1 Lemon, zested and juiced
1 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
BBQ sauce for basting
Cut rib racks into individual riblets and place them in an extra-large Ziplock bag.
In a bowl add the kosher salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, rosemary, thyme, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, vegetable oil, and mix until well combined.
Pour over the ribs and toss until evenly combined. Remove all of the air from the bag and allow to marinate overnight or a minimum of 4 hours.
Remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes prior to grilling.
Preheat your grill, internal temperature of the grill should read 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
Open your grill and place riblets onto the grill. Grill for 8 minutes, then turn and grill for another 8 minutes. Turn the ribs onto the sides and grill for 2 minutes each. Base with BBQ sauce.
Remove from the grill and place riblets onto a serving plate.
Serve and enjoy.
