Ground Turkey Stir Fry

This is a simple 30 minute meal. Serve alongside white rice and enjoy.

Ground Turkey Stir Fry
1 1/2 lbs. Ground Turkey
12 Oz. Green Beans, trimmed and halved
1 Tsp. Ground Ginger
1 Tsp. Garlic Powder
1 Tsp. Onion Powder
1 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
3 Stalks Green Onion, chopped
Sesame Seeds for garnish
Chili Onion Crunch for garnish

Sauce
1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
1 Tsp. Sriracha 
1 Tbsp. Rice Vinegar
1 Tbsp. Hoisin Sauce
1 Tbsp. Honey
1 Tsp. Sesame Oil
2-3 Cloves Garlic, minced

Preheat your skillet on medium high heat. Add in the vegetable oil, sauce the ground turkey for 7-10 minutes.

Add in the green beans, ground ginger, garlic powder, onion powder, and sauté for a minute, pour in the sauce and continue to cook for an additional 3-4 minutes. 

Serve overtop rice top with sliced green onion and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
