Grilled Flatbread

 Take a couple of ready made convenience items at the grocery store and make these for a simple summer dinner. Use these as an inspiration. Put whatever toppings you like and enjoy.

Grilled Flatbread
1 Flatbread
Boursin Garlic and Herbs
Salami
Arugula 
Balsamic Glaze
Hot Honey 

Add a layer of boursin and salami. Grill for 8-10 minutes on indirect heat or until fully warmed through. 

Remove from grill and top with arugula, a drizzle of hot honey, and a drizzle of balsamic glaze.

Serve and enjoy.

Fig Jam
Mozzarella
Parmesan 
Prosciutto 
Arugula 

Add a thin layer of fig jam, top with mozzarella, parmesan, and prosciutto, grill for 8-10 minutes on indirect heat until cheese is melted. Remove from grill and top with arugula.

Serve and enjoy.
