Avocado Ranch BLT Salad

Super yummy lunch or light dinner. Make this and enjoy.

Avocado Ranch BLT Salad
3 Romaine Hearts, roughly chopped, washed and dried
1 Red Onion, thinly sliced
10 Oz. Cherry Tomatoes, halved 
4 Persian Cucumbers, halved and sliced
8 Oz. Cheddar, freshly grated
1 lb. Bacon, cooked and cooled

Dressing
2 Ripe Avocados, pitted
1/4 Cup Greek Yogurt or Sour Cream
2 Tbsp. Mayo
1 Large Garlic Clove, minced
2 Tbsp. Fresh Parsley
1 Tbsp. Fresh Dill
1 Tbsp. Ranch Seasoning
1 Lemon, Juiced
1-2 Tbsp. Milk for thinning 

In a blender add in the avocadoes, Greek yogurt, mayo, garlic, parsley, dill, ranch seasoning, lemon juice, and 1 tbsp. milk. blend until well combined.

Assemble your salad with the lettuce, onion, tomatoes, cucumbers, cheddar, and bacon. Top with dressing.
