These are a perfect and easy for Mother's Day breakfast or brunch. You can use store-bought crescent dough or puff pastry.

Ham and Cheese Soufflé
1 Sheet Puff Pastry, cut into 6 squares
5 Eggs
2 Tbsp. Milk
4 Deli Slices of Ham
1/3 Cup Cheddar Cheese
1/4 Cup Chives, thinly sliced
Kosher Salt
Freshly Ground Black Pepper
Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Spray a 6-cup muffin tin with baking spray.
Add a piece of puff pastry into each hole.
In a bowl, combine the eggs, milk, a pinch of salt and pepper. Whisk until well combined.
Add in the ham, cheddar, and chives. Mix to combine.
Top the muffin tins with the egg mixture. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the egg mixture has set in the middle.
Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly.
Serve and enjoy.
