Let's get started.

1 Can Evaporated Milk
1 Cup Granulated Sugar
1 Tbsp. Vanilla Extract

Pinch of Kosher Salt

Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

In a large bowl, add in the cream cheese and using an electric mixer, mix for 1 minute.

Add in the eggs, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, vanilla extract, sugar, and mix until well combined about 2 minutes.

In a 9 inch cake pan add in the cajeta to the bottom. Pour the cream cheese mixture over top, and cover with aluminum foil.

Place the cake pan in the middle of a roasting pan and fill it half way up the cake pan with boiling hot water.

Bake for 1 hour remove the flan from the oven and allow it to cool completely. Once cooled place it in the refrigerator and let it chill for a minimum of 4 hours.

Run a knife through the sides of the cake pan and flip the flan onto a serving dish.
