I made these in the oven however, you can also grill them. Serve this with a side of Greek salad and some rice pilaf.
Let's get started.
Greek Ribs
2 Rack of Pork Ribs
1/4 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Lemons, juiced
1 Tbsp. Greek Oregano
2 Tsp. Kosher Salt
1 Tsp. Freshly Ground Black Pepper
1 Tbsp. Smoked Paprika
4 Cloves Garlic, grated
In extra large resealable bag add in all of the ingredients and let marinate for a minimum of 30 minutes or maximum of 4 hours.
Preheat your oven to 250 degrees Fahrenheit.
Bake on low for 4 hours. Remove from the oven, allow to cool slightly.
Serve and enjoy.
