Make these with your favorite chocolates, I used hearts for my Superbowl watch party. Since Valentines day is right around the corner you can make these for both.

Peanut Butter Blossoms
1 1/2 Cup All Purpose Flour
1/2 Tsp. Baking Soda
1/2 Tsp. Baking Powder
1/4 Tsp. Kosher Salt
1/2 Cup Butter, softened
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup Granulated Sugar
1 Egg
1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
1 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
Toppings
Mini Chocolate Hearts or your favorite chocolate
1/2 Cup Granulated Sugar (to roll cookies in)
Pre-heat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl add in the butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and using an electric mixer mix until well combined.
Add in the egg, peanut butter, vanilla extract and mix until fully incorporated.
Sift in the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Mix until incorporated.
Using a cookie scoop, form dough into balls and roll into the additional granulated sugar.
Place on the baking sheet making sure to leave about 2 inches of space in between each cookie.
Bake 8-10 minutes. Remove from oven and gently press a chocolate heart into the center.
Allow to cool then serve and enjoy.
