Greek Shrimp Kabobs

Serve with rice, grilled veggies, or a Greek salad and you'll have dinner done in under 30 minutes.

Let's get started.

Greek Shrimp Kabobs
2 Lbs. Large Shrimp, peeled and deveined
4 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1 Lemon, Juiced
1 Tbsp. Paprika
2 Tsp. Oregano
2 Tsp. Basil
1 Tsp. Thyme
2 Cloves Garlic, minced
1 Tsp. Kosher Salt
1/2 Tsp. Freshly Ground Black Pepper
1/2 Tsp. Red Pepper Flakes (optional)
Skewers 

In a bowl combine all of the ingredients and toss to combine.

Pre-heat your grill. 

Place the shrimp onto the skewers. Grill for 2 minutes on each side.

Remove from the grill and serve.
