Make this for a Christmas brunch or as a decadent drink on Christmas eve or on Christmas day. Or make a big batch of this fill up a couple of thermoses and drive around looking at Christmas lights.

White Chocolate Peppermint Coffee
1 1/2 Cups White Chocolate Chips
1 Can Evaporated Milk
1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 Tsp. Peppermint Extract OR 2 Candy Canes
3 Cups Milk
1 Cup Nescafe Instant Coffee
Whipped Cream for topping
Add all of the ingredients into a medium saucepan. Using medium high heat, stir until the chocolate melts; about 8 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool for 10 minutes.
Serve warm or over ice and top with whipped cream and crushed candy canes.
