Super simple appetizer.
Ricotta with Garlic & Hot Honey
2 Cups Whole Milk Ricotta
5-6 Cloves Garlic, thinly sliced
Fresh Thyme
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
Hot Honey
Red Pepper Flakes
Flaky Sea salt
Toasted Bread for Dipping
In a small pan, add the olive oil, garlic, red pepper flakes, and allow to cook on medium low heat, until the garlic has become crispy.
Remove from heat and allow to cool.
Place ricotta on a serving bowl or plate, top with crispy garlic oil, top with fresh thyme, a drizzle of hot honey, and a sprinkle of sea salt.
Serve and enjoy.
