Crouton Chicken Casserole

Grocery prices are still outrageous. Used a little help from the store for this recipe to keep cost at a minimum. Serve by itself or alongside some roasted broccoli and you can't go wrong for dinner.

This meal cost me under $30 dollars and that includes the broccoli.

Let's get started.

Crouton Chicken Casserole
Rotisserie Chicken, shredded
1 10 Oz. Can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 Cup Chicken Stock
1 Cup Sour Cream
8 Slices of Provolone Cheese
Butter and Herb Croutons, crushed
2 Tbsp. Melted Butter
Kosher Salt
Freshly Ground Black Pepper
2 Tsp. Garlic and Herb Seasoning (Salt Free)

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Lightly crush the croutons and toss with melted butter, set aside.

In a casserole pan add in the shredded chicken, a pinch of salt, freshly ground black pepper, and garlic and herb seasoning.

Add in the cream of chicken soup, chicken stock, sour cream, and stir until well combined.

Top with provolone and croutons. Bake for 25-30 minutes.

Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 7-10 minutes.

Serve along some roasted broccoli and enjoy.
