You can totally use this recipe to make pancakes instead of waffles.
1 Cup Milk
Let's get started.
Apple Cider Waffles
2 1/4 Cups All Purpose Flour
1 Tbsp. Baking Powder
3 Tbsp. Granulated Sugar
1 Tsp. Salt
1 Tsp. Cinnamon
1 Tbsp. Baking Powder
3 Tbsp. Granulated Sugar
1 Tsp. Salt
1 Tsp. Cinnamon
1/4 Tsp. Nutmeg
1/2 Tsp. Ginger
2 Large Eggs, Separated 1 Cup Milk
1 Cup Apple Cider
1 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
In a large bowl whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and sugar.
In a separate bowl beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and set aside.
Add the egg yolks, milk, apple cider, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract to the flour mixture and mix well. Fold the egg whites into the batter and set aside.
Heat up your waffle iron and spray with non stick spray. Pour the batter into your hot waffle iron and cook according to the manufactures instructions.
Serve along side with apple cider syrup and enjoy your breakfast.

Apple Cider Syrup
1 Tbsp. Unsalted Butter
1 Cup Brown Sugar
2 Cinnamon Sticks
2 Cups Apple Cider
1/2 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
In a saucepan, melt the butter, then add in the apple cider, brown sugar, cinnamon sticks, and allow to simmer for 15-20 minutes. Stirring constantly.
Once reduced, turn off heat, stir in the vanilla extract, and allow to cool slightly.
Serve and enjoy.
