Pumpkin Bread

This pumpkin bread is simply the best. Make it this week and enjoy with family and friends.

Pumpkin Bread
1 Can Pure Pumpkin Puree
2 Eggs
1/2 Cup Milk
1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
1 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
1 Cup Granulated Sugar
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1 3/4 Cup All Purpose Flour
1 Tsp. Baking Soda
1 Tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 Tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice
1/2 Tsp. Kosher Salt

Crumble topping
1/2 Cup All Purpose Flour
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice
1/4 Cup Melted Butter

Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray a loaf pan with nonstick spray. 

In a bowl add in the crumble topping ingredients and mix until a crumbly texture forms; set aside. 

In a large bowl, add the pumpkin puree, eggs, milk, oil, vanilla extract, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and whisk until well combined.

Sift in the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, and kosher salt. Stir until flour is incorporated.

Pour batter into prepared loaf pan. Top with crumble topping and bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Remove from the oven and allow to cool. 

Slice, serve, and enjoy.
