15 Min. Chicken Parmesan Sandwich / Sliders

This is the quickest chicken parmesan sandwich you will ever make. I buy a premade garlic bread spread from my local supermarkets. You can make your own, I already had this on hand and decided to use it. BTW you can totally turn these into sliders for a game day. 10/10 would be delicious. You can also use rotisserie chicken if you like.

Let's get started.

15 Min. Chicken Parmesan Sandwich
Sourdough Bread, Sliced (or Slider Buns)
Garlic Butter Spread
Deli Sliced Chicken
Marinara
Mozzarella
Parmesan
Italian Seasoning

Add a layer of marinara onto the bottom slice of your bread, top with mozzarella, a layer of chicken, parmesan, a sprinkle of Italian seasoning, another layer of mozzarella, and marinara. Top with the other slice of bread.

If you are using sourdough, spread a layer of your garlic spread on the outside of the sandwich. Heat a skillet and place, allow to slightly toast on the skillet for a minute or two. Flip and allow to toast until golden brown. Remove from skillet, cut in half, serve and enjoy.

If you are using slider buns, cut the buns in half horizontally.

Add a layer of marinara onto the bottom, mozzarella, chicken, parmesan, a sprinkle of Italian seasoning, an additional layer of mozzarella and marinara. Cover with top buns.

Melt 1/4 cup of the garlic spread, brush evenly over the top of the buns.

Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Bake your sliders for 10-15 minutes. Or until the cheese is fully melted.

Serve and enjoy.
