Peach Flatbread

If you made my homemade peach jam, this would be a great way to incorporate it into your meals. That is not just adding it on top of toast or biscuits.

Let's get started.

Peach Flatbread
2 Flatbreads, store-bought
1 Wheel of Brie, thinly sliced
1/2 Cup Peach Jam
1 Cup Arugula
2 Peaches, sliced
Sopressata or Prosciutto
Red Pepper Flakes
Honey

Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Layer a piece of parchment paper onto a baking sheet. Add the flatbread and layer with the peach jam then add the brie, and sopressata.

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the prosciutto is slightly crispy.

Remove from the oven top with arugula, peach slices, a pinch or red pepper flakes, and a drizzle of honey.

Serve and enjoy.

Note: You can totally top this with burrata and balsamic glaze = chefs kiss.
