Flank Steak With Chimichurri

This is super easy make. Grill it up and and it is an impressive dinner if you are hosting a small get together this summer. You can serve this with a side salad or simple grilled veggies and you'll be good to go.

Let's get started.

Flank Steak with Chimichurri
1 Flank Steak 
1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1 Tbsp. Salt
1 Tsp. Freshly Ground Black Pepper
1 Tbsp. Garlic Powder
1 Tbsp. Onion Powder

Pat your steak dry and pound until it is even 

In a small bowl mix your seasoning together, Rub your steak with olive oil and sprinkle evenly with seasoning mixture. Let it sit on your counter top for 20-25 minutes.

Pre-heat your grill. Grill your steaks 4-6 minutes on each side. 

Remove your steak from the grill and let rest 6-8 minutes.

Slice your steak and serve.



Chimichurri
1 Cup of firmly packed Parsley, stems removed
5-6 Cloves of Garlic
2 Tbsp. Fresh Oregano
1 Tsp. Fresh Thyme
1 Tsp. Fresh Rosemary
1/2 Tsp. Kosher Salt
1/2 Tsp. Freshly Ground Black Pepper
1/4 Tsp Red Pepper Flakes
1/3 Cup Olive Oil
2 Tbsp. Red Wine Vinegar

Add all of the ingredients into a food processor or blender. Blend until well combined.

Remove from food processor and onto a serving bowl and set aside until ready to top your steak or serve on the side.  

Note: You can eat chimichurri with anything, chicken, pork, fish, shrimp., tofu, It goes great with all.
