Grilled Skirt Steak

Super easy marinade for steak, you can use this with any cut of beef. I just happened to have some skirt steak on hand. Make this for Father's day weekend along with some grilled veggies and rice or a salad and you're good to go.

Let's get started.

Grilled Skirt Steak
3 Lbs. Skirt Steak, pounded slightly
1 Tbsp. Kosher Salt
1 Tsp. Freshly Ground Black Pepper
1 Tbsp. Smoked Paprika
1 Tbsp. Onion Powder
2 Tbsp. Garlic Powder
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
2 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard (yellow mustard works great here too)
2 Lemons, zested and juiced

In a large bowl combine the salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, mustard, paprika, lemon zest and juice. Mix until well combined. Add in the skirt steak and allow to marinade for half an hour on the countertop while you pre-heat your grill.

Preheat your grill on high heat.

Grill your steak 5 minutes on the first side. Then flip and cook for an additional 4 minutes or until it reaches your desired doneness.

Remove from the grill and allow to rest for 5 minutes.

Serve an enjoy.
