Cilantro Lime Chicken

Grill this on the outdoor grill to add some amazing charred flavor. Also taste good when using an indoor grill.

Let's get started.

Cilantro Lime Chicken
3 lbs. Boneless Chicken Thighs
1/2 Cup Lime Juice, freshly squeezed
1/2 Cup Avocado Oil (Vegetable oil works too)
1 Bunch Cilantro
6-8 Cloves of Garlic
1/2 Onion
1 Tsp. Cumin
1 Tbsp. Mexican Oregano
1 Tbsp. Kosher Salt
2 Tsp. Freshly Ground Black Pepper

In a blender add in the lime juice, avocado oil, cilantro, garlic, onion, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper. Blend until well combined.

Place chicken into a Ziplock bag pour the marinade into the bag. Allow to marinate for a minimum of 4 hours (overnight works best).

Remove your chicken from the refrigerator 30 minutes prior to grilling.

Pre-heat your grill and grill your chicken for 7-8 minutes on each side. Or until the chicken reads 165 degrees Fahrenheit on an instant read thermometer.

Remove from grill and allow to rest for 5 minutes.

Serve and enjoy.
