Bang Bang Salmon

This is an easy 30 minute meal. You can substitute shrimp for the salmon if you like.

Bang Bang Salmon
4 Salmon Filets
1/2 Kewpie Mayo
1/4 Cup Sweet Chili Sauce
1-2 Tbsp. Sriracha
1 Tsp. Onion Powder
1 Tsp. Garlic Powder
1 Tsp. Cajun Seasoning
1 Tsp. Kosher Salt
1/2 Tsp. Freshly Ground Black Pepper
Jasmine Rice, cooked
Avocado, Thinly Sliced
2 Persian Cucumbers, Thinly Sliced
2 Green Onions, Thinly Sliced
Sesame Seeds

Pre-heat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.

In a small bowl, mix together the mayo, chili sauce, sriracha, and set aside.

In a separate bowl, mix together your spices, and season the salmon all over.

Spoon some of the mayo mixture over the top, reserving the rest for topping. Bake for 10 minutes.

Serve some rice in a bowl, top with the salmon, some cucumbers, avocado, green onion, some of the reserved bang bang sauce, and sesame seeds.

Enjoy!!
