Mississippi Pot Roast

Slow cooker meal, perfect for these colder January nights. You can serve this with mashed potatoes, or make them into a sandwich top with provolone and toast for extra deliciousness.

Let's get started.

Mississippi Pot Roast
1 6 lb. Chuck Roast
1 Small Onion, thinly sliced
4-6 Cloves of Garlic, minced
1 Pkg. Au Jus
1 Pkg. Ranch Seasoning
1 pkg. Pepperoncini + juice
4 Tbsp. butter
1 Tsp. Freshly Ground Black Pepper

Place the chuck into the slow cooker. Top with the onions, garlic, Au Jus, ranch seasoning, pepperoncini with the juice, black pepper, and butter.

Put on slow for 6-8 hours or until tender. Or cook on high for 3-4 hours or until tender.

Serve and enjoy
