Cherry Vanilla Parfait

Happy New Year!!! I hope everyone had a great, safe and happy day.

Like everyone else I am starting the new year with a cleanse after the overindulgence of the Holiday season. (I'm looking at you Chai Spice Snickerdoodles) lol I need something to get me back on track. This parfait is full of antioxidants and curbs my desire for sweets. - for the most part lol.

Let's get started.

Cherry Vanilla Parfait
2 Tbsp. Chia Seeds
1/2 Cup Oats
1/2 Cup Almond Milk
1/4 Cup Vanilla Yogurt
2 Tbsp. Cherry Preserves
1 Tbsp. Granola
A Couple of blueberries or raspberries

In a sealable container mix together the chia seeds, oats, and your choice of milk.

Layer on the remaining ingredients and let it sit for 4 hours in the fridge or overnight.

Serve and enjoy.
