If you've been around here or on my Insta you know we LOVE hot chocolate. This year's creation is the pumpkin white hot chocolate recipe. This makes 2 Servings, double or triple the recipe and keep it in a small slow cooker on warm and you would be set for breakfast or brunch.
Let's get started.
Pumpkin White-Hot Chocolate
2 Cups Milk
1 Cup Heavy Cream
1/2 Cup Pure Pumpkin Puree
1/2 Cup White Chocolate Chips
2 Tbsp. Granulated Sugar
1 Tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice
Dash of Vanilla Extract
Whipped Cream and marshmallows for topping
In a small saucepan, add in the milk, heavy cream, pumpkin puree, white chocolate chips, sugar, and pumpkin pie spice.
Using medium low heat, stir until it is slightly simmering, and the chocolate is melted. Add in the vanilla and stir.
Remove from heat, serve in your preferred mug, top with marshmallows, whipped cream, and an additional sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice.
