Chocolate Chip Cookies

A small twist on a classic cookie.

Let's get started.

Chocolate Chip Cookies
2 1/2 Cups All Purpose Flour
1/4 Cup Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix
1 Tsp. Baking Soda
1/2 Tsp. Kosher Salt
1 Cup Unsalted Butter, melted
3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1/3 Cup Granulated Sugar
2 Eggs
2 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
1 1/2 Cups Semisweet Chocolate Chips
4 Oz Bar Milk Chocolate, cut into small pieces
Sea salt to sprinkle on top

In a bowl mix together the flour, pudding mix, baking soda, salt, and set aside.

In a separate bowl, add in the melted butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar and using an electric mixer, mix together for a minute. Add in the eggs and vanilla extract and mix until well combined.

Add in the flour and mix until just incorporated. Fold in the chocolate, cover the dough and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Pre-heat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Line your baking sheet with parchment paper.

Using a cookie scoop, scoop out the dough and place them a couple of inches apart on the prepared cookie sheet.

Bake for 9-10 minutes or until lightly golden brown. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with a little bit of sea salt. Allow the cookies to cool slightly.

Serve and enjoy.
