You can use a whole chicken, chicken thighs, chicken legs or whatever you prefer.
Let's get started

4 Chicken Leg Quarters, split or left whole
1 Tbsp. Smoked Paprika
1/2 Tbsp. Garlic Powder
1/2 Tbsp. Onion Powder
1/2 Tbsp. Mustard Powder
1 Tbsp. Italian Seasoning

Take out your chicken 30 minutes prior baking.
In a small bowl combine all of the dry seasonings and mix until well combined.
Pat the chicken dry with paper towels, rub the chicken all over with olive oil. Sprinkle the seasoning all over the chicken.
Place the chicken in a baking sheet, skin side up.
Bake for 45 - 60 minutes or until the internal temperature of the thickest part of the chicken reads 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
Base with BBQ sauce for the last 20 minutes of cooking time.
