30 Minute Wonton Soup

While this may not be authentic. It is really delicious and comes
together in a breeze. Perfect for this cold weather.

30 Minute Wonton Soup
10 Cups Water
5-6 Tsp. Wonton Soup Base (Dragonfly is the brand I used)
1/2 White Onion, Sliced
4 Small Bok Choy, cut in half
1 Cup, Fresh Baby Corn
1 Pkg. Pork Pot Stickers
2 Pkgs. Pork Dumplings (I used a package that had 8 in each)
1/2 Cup Cilantro
2 Scallions, thinly sliced
2 Large handfuls of Spinach

In a large pot add in the water and white onion, and wonton soup base. Bring to a boil.

Once boiling, add in the Bok choy, spinach, cilantro, and baby corn. Allow to cook for 5 minutes.

Then add in the pot stickers and pork dumplings. Bring to a boil and allow to cook until the dumplings float to the top. That means they are cooked.

Serve and top with scallions. Enjoy :)
