Making the most of the last bit of summer. Had some leftover onion dip and made these. They came out really good.

Onion Dip Chicken Kabobs
1 1/2 lbs. Chicken, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 Tsp. Kosher Salt
1/2 Tsp. Black Pepper
1/2 Tsp. Italian Seasoning
1 Lemon, juiced
3-4 Cloves of Garlic, minced
1/2 Cup Chive & Onion Dip
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1 Tsp. Rosemary, finely chopped
In a small bowl, add in the chicken pieces and seasonings, mix until well combined. Let marinade for a minimum of 1 hour or overnight.
Skewers the chicken, and grill for 6-8 minutes on each side or until the chicken is fully cooked through.
Serve and enjoy.
