Super easy meal to make, perfect for early back to school days.
Let's get started.
BBQ Ranch Chicken Kabobs
1 1/2 lbs. Chicken; cut into 1-inch pieces
2 Tbsp. Ranch Seasoning
1/2 Tsp. Garlic Powder
1/2 Tsp. Onion Powder
1 Tbsp. Smoked Paprika
1/2 Tsp. Black Pepper
1/2 Tsp. Kosher Salt
1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1/4 Tsp. Cayenne Pepper (or as much or little as you like)
1 Onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
1-2 Bell Peppers, cut into 1-inch pieces
BBQ Sauce for dipping
In a small bowl, add in the chicken pieces, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, salt, olive oil, and a pinch of cayenne pepper. Mix until well combined. Let marinade for a minimum of 1 hour, or overnight.
Using skewers, alternate adding chicken, onion, and pepper pieces.
Pre-heat your grill or grill pan, grill for 6-8 minutes on each side or until the chicken is fully cooked through. Base with BBQ sauce or set on the side.
Serve and enjoy.
