Pre-heat your grill. Once hot, grill your shrimp 2-3 minutes on each side. Remove from grill and set aside.

Grilled Shrimp Salad Printable Recipe
1 Lb. Large Shrimp, Peeled and deveined
1 Tsp. Kosher Salt
1/2 Tsp. Freshly Ground Black Pepper
1/2 Tsp. Garlic Powder
1/2 Tsp. Onion Powder
1/2 Tsp. Chili Powder
1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1 Lemon, Zested and juiced
1 Tbsp. Fresh Parsley, finely chopped
Orange Vinaigrette
2 Oranges, zested and juiced
1 Lemon, zested and juiced
1 Lime, zested and juiced
1/2 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/8 Tsp. Cayenne Pepper
1/2 Cup Cilantro, finely chopped (you can also use parsley or dill)
1 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
Kosher Salt
Freshly Ground Black Pepper
Salad
Mixed Greens
1/2 Red Onion, thinly sliced
Cherry Tomatoes, halved lengthwise
Avocado, cubed
Feta crumbles (feel free to omit)
In a bowl or mason jar, add in the zest and juice of the oranges, lemon, lime, olive oil, Dijon mustard, cayenne pepper, cilantro, salt, pepper, and whisk until well combined. Set aside.
In a bowl, add in the shrimp, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, olive oil, lemon zest and juice, parsley, and mix until well combined.
Pre-heat your grill. Once hot, grill your shrimp 2-3 minutes on each side. Remove from grill and set aside.
Toss your mixed greens, red onion, tomatoes, avocado, feta, with a couple tablespoons of the prepared vinaigrette. Top with shrimp.
Serve and enjoy.
