This is a super simple appetizer, and it comes together in a breeze.

Whipped Feta with Strawberries Printable Recipe
2 Lbs. Fresh Strawberries
2 Tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar
2 Tsp. Honey
8 Oz. Feta Cheese
1/2 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
Kosher Salt
Freshly Ground Black Pepper
1 Bunch Fresh Basil
Crusty Bread for serving
In a food processor, add in the feta, yogurt, olive oil, freshly ground black pepper, and blend until smooth. Place into a serving bowl and refrigerate until needed.
Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Cut your strawberries in half and discard the stem. Place them in a baking tray. Toss with balsamic vinegar, honey, and a pinch of salt until well combined.
Roast for 30-35 minutes or until slightly softened. Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
Top your feta with the prepared strawberries, basil, a drizzle of olive oil, freshly ground black pepper and enjoy alongside some bread.
