Heating up the grill for the great weather we are having.
Let's get started.
Rosemary Soy Marinade Printable Recipe
1 Cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce
1/2 Cup Rice Wine Vinegar
1/4 Cup Finely Chopped Rosemary
2 Cloves Garlic, finely minced
1 Tbsp. Onion Powder
1 Tbsp. Onion Powder
3 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
2 Tbsp. Honey
1 Tbsp. Freshly Ground Black Pepper
3 Lbs. Flank Style Short Ribs
In a large Ziplock bag add in all of the marinade ingredients and mix until well combined. Add in the meat and marinade for a minimum of 4 hours or overnight.
Pre-heat your grill.
Grill your ribs 3-4 minutes on each side.
