Cubano Sliders Printable Recipe
6-12 Slider Buns
Thinly Sliced Ham
Soppressata
Genoa Salami
Pickles
Swiss Cheese
Mustard
Butter, melted
Everything Bagel Seasoning
Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Place your the bottom buns down, top with a layer of mustard, ham, salami, soppressata, pickles, swiss cheese, cover with the top bun and bursh melted butter over the buns. Season with a sprinkle of everything bagel seasoning.
Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is fully melted.
Serve and enjoy.
4 Cups Cauliflour Flouretts
4 Strips of Bacon
1 Small Onion, finely chopped
4 Cloves of Garlic, minced
4-6 Jalapenos, seeded, Finely Chopped
1/4 Cup Heavy Cream
8 Oz. Cream Cheese
1/2 Cup Mozzarella Cheese
1/4 Cup Parmesean Cheese
Kosher Salt
Tortilla or Potato Chips for serving
In a skillet, cook the bacon until crisp. Remove the strips of bacon and roughly chop. Set aside.
Using the same skillet, remove some of the bacon fat, leaving 1-2 tbsp. left behind. Saute the cauliflour, onion, garlic, and jalapenos for 5-7 minutes. Season with a pinch of salt.
Add in the heavy cream and cream cheese and mix until cream cheese has fully melted. Stir in the bacon, parmesan cheese, and half of the mozzarella cheese.
Move the dip into an oven safe dish, top with the remainig mozzarella cheese, and bake until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
Serve and enjoy.
Double Chocolate Chunk Cookies Printable Recipe
2 Sticks of Unsalted Butter, Softened
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Cup Granulated Sugar
2 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
2 Large Eggs
2/3 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
2 Cups All Purpose Flour
1 Tsp. Baking Powder
1 Tsp. Baking Soda
1 Tsp. Kosher Salt
1 1/2 lbs. White Chocolate, Coarsely chopped into chunks
Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a large bowl, add in the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Using an electric whisk, mix togther until fully combined about 3-5 minutes.
Add in the vanilla extract, eggs, and mix until fully combined. Add in the cocoa powder and mix until incorporated.
Sift together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and slowly mix it into the batter.
Add in the white chocolate chunks and gently fold them in with a wooden spoon.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a cookie scoop, scoop out the batter onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
Remove from the oven and allow them to cool on the baking sheet.
Serve and enjoy.
Note: you can use white chocolate chips in place of the white chocolate bars. The cookie scoop I used is about 1 tbsp. for bigger cookies allow them to bake for 15-16 minutes.
