Super easy brunch idea. These eggs in a bagel hole are super easy to make.

Eggs in a Bagel Hole Printable Recipe
2 Whole Bagles, Plain or everything Bagel Split in half horizontally
4 Eggs
4 Pieces of Panchetta, Canadian bacon, or ham
Salt
Pepper
1/4 Cup Gryuere Cheese, finely grated
Chives
Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the split bagles faced down, letting the outside faced up.
Place a piece of panchetta over each bagel to cover the holes. Top with a sprinkle of Gryuere. Top each bagel with an egg, season with salt and pepper.
Bake for 8-10 minutes or until done to your likeness. Remove from heat and top with chives.
Serve and enjoy.
