Plum Salad

A great side dish for any meal. This plum salad comes together in a breeze.

Let's get started.

Plum Salad Printable Recipe
2 Tbsp. Sherry Vinegar
1 Tbsp. Honey
1/2 Tsp. Freshly Ground Black Pepper
6 Ripe Plums, some thinly sliced some cut into wedges
1/4 Cup Shaved Parmesan Cheese
2 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Flaky Salt 

In a large bowl, stir together the sherry vinegar, honey, and black pepper until honey is dissolved.

Add in the plums and the parmesan and until coated.

Transfer to a serving plate and season with a pinch of flaky sea salt, top with olive oil, additional parmasean cheese, and freshly ground black pepper.

Serve and enjoy.
