Cheese Please

These simple cheese appetizers are perfect for holiday gatherings. Please feel free to substitue any ingredients - some great combos for the brie en croute is onion chutney, pumpkin butter, or your favorite jam. 

Let's get Started.

Camembert En Croute Printable Recipe
1 wheel of Camembert (similar to Brie)
1 Tbsp. Fig Jam
1 Whole Fig, Roughly Chopped
1/4 Cup Walnuts
1 Tbsp. Honey
1 Sheet of Puff Pastry

Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Place your puff pastry on a cookie sheet. Place fig jam in the center and place the brie on top of the jam.

Close the puff pastry slightly aroud the cheese making sure to leave an open crevce on the center. Place the figs, walnuts, and honey in the center and bake until puff pastry is golden brown. About 15-20 minutes. 

Serve along crackers and enjoy. 




Baked Brie with Pecans Printable Recipe
1 Wheel of Brie
1-2 Tbsp. Honey
1/4 Cup Pecans

Pre-heat your oven to 350 Degrees Fahrenheit.

Place the Brie in a ramikan or oven safe container. Bake for 10 minutes. Them top with honey and pecans and bake for an additional 6-8 minutes.

Serve alongside crackers.  



Brie En Croute Printable Recipe
1 wheel of Brie
3 Tbsp. Cranberry Jam 
1 Sheet of Puff Pastry

Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenhiet.

Place your Puff Pastry on a cookie sheet. Place the cranberry jam in the center, place the wheem of brie on top and close the puff pastry around the cheese. 

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the puff pastry is golden brown all around. 

Serbve alongside sliced of baguette or crackers. 




Baked Camembert with Onion Chutney Printable Recipe
1 wheel of Camembert (similar to Brie)
3 Tbsp. Onion Chutney
1/4 Cup Pecans

Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Place the camembert on an oven safe container. Bake for 10 minutes, top with onion chutney and pecans and bake for an additional 5 minutes.

Serve alongside bread or crakers.
