Scalloped Corn

This is a great addition on your Thanksgiving table. Super simple but delicious. 

Let's get started. 

Scalloped Corn Printable Recipe
4 Tbsp. Butter, melted
3 Eggs
1 1/2 Cups half and half
1 Tbsp. Sugar
1 Tsp. Garlic Powder
1 Tsp. Onion Powder
6 Cups of Corn kernels
1 1/2 Cups Crushed Ritz Crackers
1 Cup Extra Sharp White Cheddar Cheese
4 Oz. Cream Cheese, softened 
Salt
Freshly Ground Black Pepper

Pre-heat your oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a 2 quart baking dish with 1 Tbsp. of the butter.

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, cream cheese, half and half. Add the sugar, corn, garlic powder, onion powder, 1/2 cup of the crackers, 1/2 cup of the cheddar cheese and 1 tsp. of salt and a pinch of freshly ground black pepper. Pour into the mixture in an even layer in the prepared baking dish. 

Bake uncovered for 35 minutes.

Top the corn with the remaining crackers and cheese and continue to bake for 25 minutes. 

Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 5 min.

Serve and enjoy.
