Buffalo Shrimp Skewers

Hoping on that buffalo train once again in the form of shrimp skewers. These take no time to cook perfect for an easy lunch or dinner.

Buffalo Shrimp Skewers Printable Recipe
1 Lb. Shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 Tsp. Salt
1 Tsp. Freshly Ground Black Pepper
1 Tsp. Chili Powder
1 Tsp. Smoked Paprika
1 Tsp. Garlic Powder 
1 Tsp. Onion Powder
1 Tsp. Italian Seasoning
3 Tbsp. Franks Red Hot Sauce
1 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil 
12 Skewers
1 Red Onion, cubed
2 Bell Peppers, seeded and cubed

Buffalo Sauce
1 Cup Franks Red Hot Sauce
1 Tbsp. Unsalted Butter
1 Tbsp. Seasoning

In a small bowl combine the salt, black pepper, chili powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning and mix until well combined. Set aside. 

In a separate bowl add the shrimp, vegetable oil, and 3 Tbsp. of the Franks red hot sauce, and 2 Tbsp. of the seasoning mix. Stir to make sure the shrimps are fully covered.

Skewer the shrimp, onion, bell peppers, making sure to alternate. Set aside.

In a small sauce pan, bring up the buffalo sauce, butter, seasoning mixture up to a simmer. Remove from heat and set aside.

Preheat your grill or grill pan.

Grill the skewers 2-3 minutes on each side. Making sure to base each skewer with a little bit of the dipping sauce.

Serve up your grilled skewers with the remaining sauce on the side so people can feel free to dip.

Serve along side white rice or a side salad and enjoy.
