Chili Jam Meatballs

Chili Jam Meatballs are a great game day food. These can also be made in a slow cooker if you're not pressed on time.

Chili Jam Meatballs Printable Recipe
Chili Jam Sauce
1 15 oz. Jar Grape Jam
1 15 oz. Jar Sweet Red Chili Sauce
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Tsp. Garlic Powder
1 Tsp. Onion Powder
1 Tsp. Freshly Ground Black Pepper

Meatballs
1 Lb. Ground Beef
1 Lb. Ground Pork
1 Tbsp. Italian Seasoning
1/2 Cup Breadcrumbs
1/4 Cup Milk
1 Tsp. Salt
1 Tsp. Freshly Ground Black Pepper
1/2 Tsp. Garlic Powder
1/2 Tsp. Onion Powder
1/4 Tsp. Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Eggs
1 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil

In a large bowl combine the ground beef, ground pork, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, red pepper flakes, Worcestershire sauce, eggs, milk, Italian seasoning, and breadcrumbs. Mix until well combined and form into meatballs. 

In a Dutch oven using medium heat. Add in the vegetable oil and sear the meatballs in batches until they are all evenly browned. Remove from pan and set aside.

Add in the jam, red chili sauce, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, freshly ground black pepper, and cook for 1 minute. Add in the meatballs and stir. Reduce the heat to a simmer and cook for 25-30 minutes or until the meatballs are fully cooked through make sure to gently stir them every 10 minutes or so.
