Easy appetizers for your game day viewing pleasure.

Jalapeno Poppers Printable Recipe
2 lbs. Jalapenos, split in half horizontally and seeded
8 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 Cup Cheddar Cheese
1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese
1 lb. Bacon
Pinch of Garlic Salt
Pinch of Freshly Ground Black Pepper

In a medium bowl, add in the cream cheese, cheddar, parmesan, garlic salt, pepper, and mix until well combined.

Spread the cream cheese mixture into the halved jalapenos then wrap them in bacon.

Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 18-20 minutes or until the bacon has crisped up.

Serve and enjoy. 



Garlic Fries Printable Recipe
1 Bag frozen French fries
6 Garlic Cloves, minced
1 Tsp. Salt
Freshly Ground Black Pepper
2 Tbsp. Parsley
2 Tbsp. Butter
4 Tbsp. Olive Oil
Parmesan Cheese
Garlic Mayo - store bought or homemade

Cook the fries according to the written directions on the bag. Remove from oven and put them in a large bowl.

In a small pan, add in the olive oil, butter, and garlic. Heat until the butter is completely melted. Remove from heat and pour over the fries.

Toss the fries with the garlic butter, parsley, and season with salt and pepper. Top with freshly grated Parmesan cheese and a side of garlic mayo to dip. 

Garlic Mayo
1 Cup Mayo
1/2 Tsp. Chili Powder
1/2 Tsp. Cumin
1 Clove of Garlic, finely minced
Salt
Freshly Ground Black Pepper

In a bowl, mix together the mayo, chili powder, cumin, garlic. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve and enjoy.





Turkey Ham and Cheese Sliders Printable Recipe
12 Hawaiian Rolls or Potato Rolls
Thinly sliced Turkey and Ham
Cheddar or Swiss or any cheese you have, thinly sliced or shredded
Mayo
Spicy Brown Mustard, or your favorite
3 Tbsp. Butter, melted
1 Tbsp. Everything but the bagel seasoning

Preheat the oven to 350 Degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 

Slice the rolls in half horizontally and place them onto your prepared baking sheet.

Spread a thin layer of mustard and mayo on the buns. Top with the turkey, ham, and cheese. Add the tops of the buns.

In a separate small bowl mix together the butter and everything but the bagel seasoning stir to combine.

Brush the butter mixture evenly over the top of the sliders and bake for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the buns have become golden brown.
