BBQ Chicken Pizza is a so good, perfect for a game day. I like taking the easy way out and using store bought pre-made chicken if you'd like you can also use pre-made pizza dough to save on time. Below recipe makes two pizzas.

1 Cup Shredded Smoked Mozzarella

2 Tsp. Salt
1 Tbsp. Sugar
2 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Add the sugar and yeast to the warm water, stir, and set aside for 3-5 minutes.
In a large bowl mix together the flour and salt. Add in the yeast mixture along with the olive oil and incorporate. You can knead this in a standing mixer or by hand.
Knead the dough until it becomes smooth. Divide the dough and form into two balls and place each one into an oiled bowl. Cover with parchment paper and let rise for an hour.
Roll out your dough one at a time onto a floured surface. Shape with hands or rolling pin, which ever is easier for you.
Combine the chicken and BBQ sauce together mix thoroughly to make sure each chicken piece is coated. Scatter the chicken evenly between both of the pizza doughs. Scatter the cheese, red onion, and jalapenos over top evenly between the two pizzas.
