Mexican Style Street Corn

This is a great side or snack. Perfect for when your grilling or eating outdoors.

Mexican Style Street Corn Printable Recipe

6 Whole Corns
1 Cup of Mayo
2 Cups Crumbled Cotija Cheese
1/2 Cup Melted Butter
2 Tsp. Chili Powder
1 Tsp. Cayenne Pepper
Tapatio to your liking
6 skewers

Boil the corn for 5 - 10 minutes or until corn is tender and drain. You can also grill them.

Push a skewer through the middle of each ear of corn. Then brush them evenly with the melted butter.

Spread a bit of mayo all over each ear of corn.

Scoop the cotija cheese generously on the corn, making sure it covers all sides.

Sprinkle a little bit of the chili powder evenly across the corn or use the Tapatio instead.
