Tacos, one of the best things in the world. You can put different fillings in and never get tired of eating them.

1 Tsp. Garlic Powder
1 Tsp. Smoked Paprika
1 1/2 lbs. Medium Sized Shrimp - peeled, de-veined, and tails removed
2 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 Cups Coleslaw Mix
12 Corn Tortillas
Salt
Freshly Ground Black Pepper
1 Tsp. Smoked Paprika

In a bowl, add in the shrimp, olive oil, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
Pre-heat your grill. Grill the shrimp for 2 minutes on each side. Remove from grill and set aside. Grill the tortillas on each side until heated through and set aside.
Pile a couple of shrimps on the prepare tortillas, add in some chipotle mayo, top with the coleslaw mix, and some sliced avocado.
Serve and enjoy.
Chipotle Mayo
2 Chipotle in Adobo + 1 Tbsp. of adobo sauce
1/4 Cup Sour Cream
1/4 Cup Mayo
2 Limes, zested and juiced
1/3 Cup Cilantro
Kosher Salt
Freshly Ground Black Pepper
In a blender, add in the chipotles, adobo sauce, sour cream, mayo, lime juice, lime juice, cilantro, a pinch of salt, and freshly ground black pepper. Blend until well combined. Set aside until needed.
