It is March 25, 2020 - and currently I am under a shelter in place order in California. As we all know Covid-19 has drastically changed our day to day lives. Sometimes it is hard to see past all of the bad news coming our way at such high speeds, thank you social media.
Anyhow, I have seen many people not follow the shelter in place guidelines along with social distancing. Please let's all make sure we are keeping each other safe. The best way to fight this virus is to Stay at home!! That means no inviting family members or friends over, no going out to the parks, or beaches. We must do everything we can to bend the curve.
With all of your extra time at home, now is the perfect time to start making all of those recipes you have wanted to make but didn't have the time. Homemade pizza is one of those things that is super easy to make however, the hardest part is letting your dough rise. Which as many of you might know takes several hours.
I will be sharing two different pizza dough recipes with you. One is a yeasted dough. The other has no yeast for those of us who ran out of instant yeast, don't rush to the market to get any we can make delicious pizza dough without it.
The great thing about pizza is you can make one out of any toppings you have on hand. Please try to avoid going to the grocery store for as long as possible!!
