Honey Glazed Ham

This is perfect to serve if you're hosting Christmas dinner, or simply have some friends and family over and want something to impress them.

This is really a no fuss recipe. It will help you alleviate some stress about babysitting your main course, but will still be super impressive to your guest.

Honey Glazed Ham Printable Recipe
1 8-10 lb. Fully Cooked Spiral Sliced Ham
1 Cup Brown Sugar, Packed
1/2 Cup Clover Honey
2 Tbsp. Yellow Mustard
1 Tsp. Ground Cinnamon
1/2 Tsp. Onion Powder
1/2 Tsp. Garlic Powder
1/2 Tsp. Dried Parsley
1/2 Tsp. Ground Nutmeg
1/2 Tsp. Ground Ginger
1/2 Tsp. Ground Cloves
1/2 Tsp. Italian Seasoning
1/2 Tsp. Freshly Ground Black Pepper

Equipment Needed
Aluminum Roasting Pan (for easy clean up)
Oven Bag

Remove your ham from the refrigerator and let sit at room temperature for at least 1 hour.

Pre-heat the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.

Open up your oven bag and place inside of your roasting pan. Place the ham inside the bag and tie it up together.

Bake the ham for an hour.

Meanwhile, combine the glaze ingredients in a small pot and bring the mixture to a simmer. Once simmering remove from heat and set aside.

After the first hour of the ham cooking remove the ham from the oven bag, leaving any juices the ham has released inside of the roasting pan. 

Pour the glaze over the ham, making sure to get some inside each crevice.

Return the ham back to the oven and continue to bake for an additional 30-45 minutes. Making sure to base the ham with the juices and glaze mixture that has accumulated into the bottom of the roasting dish every 10-15 minutes. 

Remove the ham from the oven once it is nice and caramelized all over. Let Rest for at least 15-20 minutes, carve and serve.
